Reltio Control Panel

Reltio Connected Customer Data for Salesforce managed app provides a set of tools to manage your Salesforce Connector configurations.

You can use the Reltio Control Panel available as a tab to configure:
  1. The credentials used by Salesforce Connector
  2. Sync and view mappings of different objects between Reltio and Salesforce
  3. Generate triggers
  4. Configure mappings for Search Before Create
  5. Manage search settings for Search Before Create

With the Data Restore tab, you can monitor the synchronization process from Salesforce to Reltio. You can check the current status of synchronization, as well as monitor errors for the records that failed during the process. You can also start the re-sync process for the failed records.

Reltio Sync also allows you to monitor the synchronization process and check if there are any records that failed. There’s also logging capabilities which records all the actions being performed that impact the integration of Salesforce with Reltio.

Reltio Sync config also provides you information about:
  1. Number of retries that will be performed when the synchronization fails, default value set to 5
  2. Batch size defaulted to 50, records to be process with each API call
