Account 360 Salesforce Connector

Learn about integration of the Account 360 application with Salesforce.

The Account 360 application can optionally be integrated with Salesforce using the Reltio bi-directional connector which synchronizes data between a Reltio Customer Tenant and a Salesforce (SFDC) Organization.

The Salesforce connector supports the following features:

  • Synchronizes adds, updates and deletes of entities between Reltio and Salesforce to improve consistency of data.

  • Synchronizes Add, Updates and Deletes of relationships between Reltio and Salesforce.

  • The Salesforce Business Account data model.

  • Attribute mapping between Reltio and SFDC can be updated via a configuration API.

The diagram shows how Salesforce Business Account objects and relationships are mapped to the Reltio Account 360 data model:

  • The Salesforce “Account” object is used to track details about an Organization and is mapped to the Reltio “Organization” entity.

  • The Salesforce Contact Object is used to track details about a person and is mapped to the Reltio “Contact” entity.

  • Salesforce supports Account to Contact affiliations. These are mapped to the Reltio “Affiliation” relationship.

  • Addresses in Salesforce Accounts and Contacts are implemented as simple attributes on their respective Objects. These addresses are mapped to the Reltio “Location” entity using the “HasAddress” relationship. Salesforce does not standardize, de-duplicate or merge these addresses, so there can be multiple copies of the same address in Salesforce. Reltio will de-duplicate and merge Locations that satisfy the match rules, and will maintain the crosswalks back to the corresponding addresses in Salesforce.
