Dashboard

The Account 360 UI Dashboard provides at-a-glance view of an Organization's data.

The Dashboard helps you to analyze key data more quickly and thoroughly. It provides a graphical summary of information. You get a consolidated view of all data on a single window. The Dashboard enables you to make decisions based on the real-time usage of data and measure the impact of activities.

Dashboard Charts

The dashboard charts fall into several classes to provide statistics of different kinds of data management activities, business insights, and information about the quality of data in the tenant.

Various charts are displayed on the Dashboard. Additional details about each element of a chart can be shown by hovering the cursor over each chart element which will display a pop-up with details of the element. Clicking on a chart element will open the Search screen pre-filtered by the selected element.

The supplied charts fall into several classes. The chart at the top provides statistics of different kinds of data management activities taking place. Then there are charts that provide business insight such as "Organizations by Industry". Lastly there are charts that provide information about the quality of data in the tenant. E.g. "Organizations with missing DUNS numbers"

Organization Address Data Quality

This bubble chart displays the quality of Organizations' address data.

It shows the number of Organizations' address data quality by the Verification Status provided by the Location cleansing service (the Address Cleansing function). The Verification Status can take one of the following values:

  • Verified: A complete match was made between the input data and a single record from the available reference data. For simple address validation, this is considered the best code to return.
  • Partially Verified: A partial match was made between the input data and a single record from the available reference data. This could mean that we have more granular data for the address information that was provided, but we’d need more in order to return a full validation.
  • Ambiguous: More than one close reference data match. Basically, this means there are multiple addresses that could match the input. When using Search on our API, address suggestion will appear as Ambiguous, as they are possible valid matches.
  • Unverified: Unable to verify. The output fields will contain the input data. Sadly, sometimes this gets returned when we don’t get enough information to verify an address, or when the input query is unreadable.
  • Reverted: Record could not be verified to the specified minimum acceptable level. This tends to be returned when advanced options such as minimum reversion levels are set on a process. The output fields will contain the input data.
  • Conflict: More than one close reference data match with conflicting values.

For more details on the Address Verification status, see Address Verification/Geo-Accuracy Codes.
